Merging Outlook express to Microsoft Outlook

Can you use third partly utility to backup outlook express
then import to Microsoft outlook.

If not How????
 
You can use a third-party utility to backup OE, yes...

OE Freebie Backup

....but OL won't be able to import them. OL can only import OE data/OE can
only export data to OL if, and only if, both applications are running on the
same machine and OE is using the data in an Identity.

OE > backup (e.g., CD) > OL? Nope.

OE > OL > CD > OL? Yep.

OE > CD > OE > OL? Yep.
