Hey guys I am trying to set up a way for somebody to have merged outlook accounts, what I mean by merged is that they receive emails from two different email addresses on one account, but when they reply to emails it will send from whatever email the message was sent to. Is this possible and if so how?

Thanks,

Dane Shea

Then they just need to create the pop accounts in outlook and it will do the
rest automatically.

Note that it has to be two different accounts, with 2 different username and
passwords. If it's a catch-all acct with multiple addresses and 1
username/password, you'll need to select the acct when you reply.

Yes but the inboxes are different I believe my client is looking to make one inbox where he receives all the emails.

The server inboxes must be different - but any number of POP3 accounts can
share Outlook's inbox. Just add the extra accounts to the outlook profile.
