merging currency from a database into a mail merge document

When I write my letter and merge the currency field into my document, the
currency field does not show up as it is in the Access Database.

Hi RDS,

Use a query as the source for your mailmerge. In the query, use the Format
function to format your currency field. For example:

Amount: Format([UnitPrice],"###0.00")
