Merging Contact Information for two adress books

I have two address books. The two share 2000 identical
contact records, with one exception: one book is missing
the company information.

Is there a way to merge the two books, so that the company
information is copied to the 2nd book when the full name
matches in both books?

Thanks!
 
Please explain what you mean by "address book" and what version of Outlook
you're using.
