Is this being calculated on the fly? or is it actually stored in a table?
Word needs a datasource, such as a query or table, and will not pull data
held in calculated controls on a form or report...
 
thanks for the reply. I don' t know enough some of the terminology. I used
and =IIf statement to derive data based on a choice from a combo box. How
can I create a table or query in this situation?
