Merge Workbooks

Hello:

I need help in merging two worksheets. I need to add
certain columns from worksheet A to worksheet B. There
are couple of common columns between the two workbooks.
When I go into Tools and there is an option "Compare and
merge workbooks", mine is greyed out.I have windows XP
and Excel 2002
