I am trying to merge data into my document and I get a message "record 2
contained too few data fields" I get this for the total number of data
records. I checked and I have the same merge fields in the letter as the
data. But, my data records have some fields that are blank (address 2,
comments, etc) if I type data in those fields and then merge I do not get the
message. But, I do not want anything typed there if there is not actual data
to type there. How do I get the letter to allow the blank data fields?
