Merge ( CC field )

Please explain what you're trying do in more detail.
 
When I go to my contacts ( OL2003 ) and select them to send them an email
through merge it will use the TO: field only, How can I use the CC: File also
in the merge.

Thanks.
 
Mail merge provides no way to do that. Messages are sent, one at a time, to a single address in the To field.
