Menus cannot be seen in Outlook

My menus have disappeared. By pressing F1 to get help,
it says to go to View and change my view, but I cannot
get to view since no menus appear at the top of my
Outlook screen. I do not see File, Tools or anything. I
have tried right-clicking everywhere but so far nothing
hleps.

Close Outlook, then use Windows Search to find and rename outcmd.dat to
outcmd.old. Turn on searching hidden and system files when doing your
search.
