Menubar beneath Buttonbar

Something about my installation of Outlook 2000 has been niggling me for a
while: the menubar is now beneath the buttonbar, i.e. File, Edit, View
etc. is beneath the buttons like New and Print. Any ideas how to correct
this?

Did you try dragging it up? If that doesn't work, find and delete outcmd.dat
