Hi,

I recently got a new computer and it came with Office
2003 for Students. I had Office XP 2002 professional
before and it had the access program on it.

So I installed just the access part of it on my computer
and now access won't let me use the wizards. And when I
go to the "Tools" button on the toolbar some of the
options are greyed out. For example the "add ins" choice
is grey and won't let me click on it.

How can I fix this problem? I have tryed reinstalling it
and even installing all of office 2003.

Thanks
Tonia

Try uninstalling all of Office (every version) running the registry cleaner
(ofcln.exe on the Office XP disk) and deleting any residual folders. Do not
touch operating system folders. Then reinstall Office XP.
