Menu names are white

The drop down menu titles on the menu bar have become
white and I don;t know how to fix it.
Help
 
Quick Fix:

Use System Restore (Start button/All Programs/Accessories/System
Tools/System Restore. Select the option to Restore My Computer to an
Earlier Time, click the Next button, and select a Restore Point from a date
just prior to the problem.
