Menu Bar

I am rather new to Vista, so please excuse the newbie question. I would like
to be able to see the menu bar instead of the ribbon on all of my Outlook
screens. For instance, when I open Outlook and look at my list of contacts,
the menu bar is available. However, when I open one of my contacts, the menu
bar is gone. Can someone please tell me how to get the menu bar to appear in
all of my Outlook screens? Thanks in advance for your help.

Fraid you can't. You're stuck with it AFAIK and in the next version of
Office, as far as I understand, there won't be ANY menu bars in outlook. The
only reason there are some in Outlook 2007 is that they weren't ready for
the release.....
