menu bar

I am confused as to why the main menu bar at the top of my website
(www.thepainteddaisy.com) looks fine if you slide the window smaller
horizontally, but the bottom menu jumbles together. What have I done wrong?
 
Looks like a parked domain from here...so we can't actually see anything except Network Solutions page.
