Menu Bar Problem

I have a user in my company who has had his menu bar freeze while working in
Excel. He can still navigate on the spreadsheet and he can close the file by
clicking on the X but the menu won't work. He is using Excel 2000 and
Windows 2000 with SP2. Any suggestions of how to correct this?

Sub ResetMenuBar()
Application.MenuBars(1).Reset
End Sub

If Hayeso's suggestion doesn't help...

sometimes the file that holds the customized toolbar settings gets hosed.
close excel
windows start button|Find (or search)
search for *.xlb
rename them to *.xlbOLD
restart excel

if it worked, delete the *.xlbOLD files and rebuild any customized toolbar

If it didn't, rename them back to *.xlb (and continue searching for the
solution.)
