Menu bar in Windows Explorer has disappeared.

The menu bar -- and the rest of the toolbars -- in Windows Explorer has
dissappeared. I haven't been able to address this problem and there doesn't
seem to be any available information about it. Is there anyone out there who
know how to deal with this?

I'm running Windows 2000 Service Pack 4
