Menu bar disappear

Hi
I have a front end database that work very well expect that it loose the
menu bar this morning. How can I bring back to menubar?

I am using Access 2003

It sounds like the Full Menus (Tools | Startup | ...) might have been
unchecked.

Have you tried starting the application while holding down the <Shift> key,
then looking at the startup settings?
