menu and tool bar in access 2000 form

In an access 2000 database I went to Tools|Start-up.

I unchecked the following:
Allow Full Menus
Allow Default Short Cut Menus

I may have unchecked another option as well. I no longer have full menus
and I connot find how to reverse this. The only menu options now showing are
"File". "Window" and "help". Can someone please tell me how to get full
menus again? Thanks
 
Try holding down the shift key while you're opening the database. That
should bypass those settings, and you should be able to check them back on.
