hello, i had a ? about memory speeds, currently i have 1 gig of pc2700 in my
system and was wondering is there a decent performance increase from going to
pc2700 to pc3200??, i am considering purchasing a gig of pc3200 to replace my
pc2700, but was just wondering say game wise, would it be worth it, or would
i not notice anything performance, wise, currently i have a 2.6 celeron
processor, i know its not all that great for gaming i have a 3.0ghz pentium 4
on the way from newegg, so i know ill notice a perfromance increase for sure
just from the procesor, but i was wondering if i should go for the new memory
or not to, thanks to all that reply

if the new cpu has a 533 fsb the 2700 is fine if the cpu has a 800 fsb then
the 3200 would be the way to go. the 2700 will work but would be clocked
down on an 800 fsb
