memory & typing

I was looking thru my info for computer and it read that I only had "81.14
MB" of Physical Memory left, what can i do to free up MB's or what could be
using most of the MB's? Other question: sometimes when I type, instead of
actual letters appearing, just slim blocks will appear for a few sec. what
could this poss. mean? Please any help.........
 
Remove all viruses and other forms of malware from your computer.
