Memory Processes scanned

I have to ask this question again , I can't find the
post of the last time I asked , so...
AntiSpyware scans Memory Processes and counts 890
processes scanned . Sometimes it has scanned 23
processes . Does the number of processes scanned indicate
there is a problem with my computer ?

No - This difference is most likely related to the type of scan requested:
The Intelligent Quickscan gives the smaller number, and a Full, Deep scan
gives many more.
