Memory Loss

All,

I just found this group. After reviewing all of the problems and
responses I realize that the problem is being misunderstood by those
that may be able to help.
I am having the same issue. Lenovo... Vista... all of the sudden, one
day my memory appeared to be duplicated. No one but me uses the
machine and I only have about 5gigs of stuff loaded by me.

I also noticed that the login screen has "duplicated" the users.
Previously it was just me. Then, there were two of me one day. I can
only imagine that some how the entire harddrive was duplicated. I
went through looking for bloated files, unwanted programs, temp,
turned off and on the system restore point and defraged to no avail. I
even called Lenovo and they guy started yelling that I hadn't read the
users manual... then said the issue was not covered.

Any ideas?
