Memory error messages

Hello

I get the following message when I try to delete any folders
'The instruction at '0x029e4156' referenced memory at '0x00000000'. the
memory could not be 'written'
I have run memory tests, Ok and chkldsk Ok, removed and used differnt
memory modules , still have problem.

Any help would be ppreciated.

Try Error Checking the drive (Rightclick drive icon, Properties, tools tab)

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have run chkdsk, all OK and also the memory etc
works fine on back up hard disc. It happened when I put cd/rw disc in that
had benn written with in cd.
