Can I delete this dump file inside the winnt directory as
it taking up space of 500MB.

Sure you can clear a .dmp file. The way I usually do things as such, if unsure,
rename the extension something else like.old, or .don (don't flatter me) , or
..sob. I go thru and do a search for files over 5 meg and take a quick look at
what can be nuked.

Hi, is there any particular software or anyhing to analize memory.dump or
someone who can help me to figure what's goin on on my machine? since my
machine sometime dumping its memory. "Daniel Chang [MSFT]"

There is so called "Windows 2000 Customer Support
Diagnostics" with several debuggers like : KD, Windbg, CDB
