Log Files

I am currently running out of drive space on my C:\ drive. I noticed that
there are a lot of old log files from over a year ago taking up a lot of
space in the following directory. I think this is or IIS.
C:\WINNT\system32\LogFiles\W3SVC1

If I delete some of the log files that are old, will that have a negative
effect to the system or cause problems? Thanks.

No, a fresh log file is written according to the settings in the Web service
properties. You can delete old log files
