Memory could not be written...

To all that have seen this error:

First I've seen a lot of posts on Google groups, but not much response
to a fix. We experienced this issue at a company, which has about 100
users. We did in fact find the fix, which has lead me to believe this
error may arise in a variety of situations, and the cause may not
immediately apparent. For us the issue was a print driver. Once the
suspected printer was removed from users desktops they were able to
use the applications that were generating the error below, without
receiving the error:

"The instruction at "0x77f83aef" referenced memory at "0x00009d59".
The
memory could not be "written".

Hope this helps those in need…good luck.

Hi, Wayne.

Thanks for that information. Those hex numbers look quite familiar. Can
you tell us which printer driver was the culprit? (Mine are from HP, for
the older LaserJet 5L and the not-so-old OfficeJet G55.)
