.......memory could not be "read"

I got this message last night and my computer shut down.

The instruction at "0x60006993" referenced memory
at "0x7a7a7a7a". The memory could not be read.

How do I solve this?

I have XP SP1 512 MEMORY, MSI MOBO, ATHLON 2800 CPU.

I was using a program called Pro Tools LE. It's music

recording software.

I don't know the program, but was this the 1st time it had happened or is
the shutdown a recurring feature? If the problem is recurring, you can try
and uninstall/re-install the program. The program files may have become
corrupted somehow.

This is the first time I've seen it. It happened shortly

after I installed the Pro Tools software.
