Memory Could not be read

I have been cruising the web and this site for help on this. i keep getting
messages for all sorts of programs that basically state: 0x010524e5
referenced memory at 0x010723e0. Memory Could not be read.

I can tell that I am not the only one with this issue but I have yet to find
a way to fix it. It seems that some think it is with the SP2 update becuase
if they go back to SP1 the messages stop...now, I am computer ignorant at
this point. I just want a quick easy way to make these stupid boxes
disappear again. it just started in the last week or so for me. i thought
it was from downloading my new antivirus update since it started at the same
time, but the errors are not for that program but like iexplorer, ybrowser,
and all sorts of others...

help me.....
 
To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in): SFC /SCANNOW
