Memory CAS Latency

Purchasing all my components. Have a motherboard that required DDR2 533.
Listed the memory modules and the only real difference I see in specs is
that they show different CAS Latency 3,4 or 5. Which is better (smile!)....

The lower the better........... I used DDR2 pc800 and the lowest I could get
at the time was cas-4. Should have used my regular DDR and waited a month
for the faster ram to hit the shelves. My MB could use either/or but not
both.
