Memory cannot read write error and can not open task manager

Now my second computer has the exactly the same situation
Can not open task manager
When start the windows XP, there is a lot of memory cannot read or
write error at the start up. I checked the hardware and they work very
good.

Since it happened to two computer, [Seems there is no antivirus
software installed [or installed i am not sure if they are working] ]

Can anyone help me to identify it or give me any suggestions?

Problem SOLVED£¬install an anti virus software and got all fixed.
