memory cannot be "read". error on Save As

Lori

I am using FP 2000 in Windows 2000 Professional (I have no
addins installed)

Anytime I create a new page in frontpage and then try to
save OR use the Save As command on an already established
page (as opposed to just save) I get the following error.
Basically anytime I try to save a new page

Instruction at "0x3092bbad" referenced memory
at "0x027b3073. The memory could not be "read".

Click OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

I have already tried the following:
deleted all frontpage temp files
deleted all *.web files
deleted CMDUI.PRF
I ran a repair on Office and when that didn't work I
reinstalled
Ran a repair on IE and when that didn't work reinstalled.
I have the latest drivers for my graphic card for windows
2000 pro
I searched for and installed all windows updates.

I am still getting this error.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Thanks for the tip, but I am still getting the error after trying it :-(

BTW it is not just my work station, co-workers are getting the same error

Thanks,
Lori

message With FrontPage closed, go to My Network Places and delete the web folder for
the web that's causing the problem. Reboot your PC and try opening the web
again in FP.

Lori:
Thanks for posting back. Your web folder cache may be corrupted, although the chances of this happening to all your co-workers at the same time are pretty slim. Here's something else you might try:

How to clear the Web Folder cache:
1. Close all Office Apps
2. Open a command window (Start-->Run-->cmd)
3. Kill Explorer.exe (Start-->Shutdown-->Alt+Ctrl+Shift and click the Cancel button)
4. At the command prompt type in cd %userprofile%\application data\microsoft
5. rmdir /s msdaipp
6. explorer.exe
