I am using Window XP Professional. When I Click Start -Run - Type Msconfig -O
the Message keep giving me is as as Above

Memory Access Violation in Kernel 32 at XXXX:XXXXXXX

Clue: Microsoft does not distribute updates or patches via e-mail. You
likely recently received and installed one of these faked support emails.
