On startup I received the following error message
" Memory access violation in module kernel 32 at
2968:13979472".
What does this mean and what should I do if anything?

You may have the Swen virus. Have you opened any emails
looking like they are from Microsoft lately? Did you run
the fake update?

Ian, it means you have the SWEM worm, which you received in an "email from
Microsoft."

And please don't open attachments you were not expecting. MS does not update
