At boot up, I get "memory access violation in module
kernel32". Can anyone help me to fix this error?
Thanks,
Steve

Symantec can help you! You have caught a virus, Steve.

Visit their websiste, and download their fix.
And, while you are there, start subscribing to their antivirus service, and
be sure to UPDATE that coverage automatically, over the web, on a frequent
basis.
PS: McAfee has the same thing, if you'd prefer another company.
ALSO: Enable your firewall, and don't open email containing attachments.
