memories on tv software download of cnet

after downloading the above , i am unable to use it, after
clicking on the evaluate button, the screen goes blue,
with this messageASP WAVE(01) +0001455A ERROR OE :0028:
C17E85AA. ANY SUGGESTIONS THANKS
 
Try updating your sound and video drivers. Sound is most likely the
culprit. I have no problem with MOTV at all. Been using version 2.1.7 for
a while.
