Memo Fields Overlapping

I have a memo field on my report that has the Can Grow set
to Yes.

Below that is positioned a subreport tied to another field
on report. The information from the subreport prints
between the multi-line text in the memo field. How do I
force the subreport to print after the text in the memo
field?

The report displays multiple records.

Make sure that the two controls do not overlap, even by the
tinyiest amount.
