Memo field on report is overlapping another--help!

I have a subreport with a bunch of fields. However, I have two fields that
are memo fields. I have entered the data on the form and the report shows
the two memo fields overlapping each other. Almost like they are laying on
top of each other. What do I do to fix this? I have it on Can Grow -Yes.

Need this fix very quickly.

Make sure the controls don't overlap at any point. Allow sections and
controls to grow.

I got it to work, but I have another pressing issue.

I have labels attached to these memo fields that i want to grow with it. I
don't wan to change the color or border (hairline), but want it to grow with
the memo.
