I am trying to caculate membership retention at our YMCA. I have a
list of members from 2003 and a year later now have the 2004 list. I
have combined the lists - sorted the names alphab. with the retained
members showing duplicates. I would love to know how to do this
better or how to now have Excel caculate for me the retained members.
