Meeting requests have wrong time

I have a user that is using Outlook 2003 SP2 and we run Exchange 2003. He is
experiencing a very frustrating problem with his Calendar. Here's what
happens:

A user will send a Meeting Request to Steve. Let's say it is for a
meeting that goes from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM tomorrow morning. It shows up
in his Inbox, as expected. He is able to open it, accept it and view it
when he goes to his Calendar.

The problem is the meeting time for the item has changed. Instead of
9:00 AM to 9:30 AM tomorrow morning, it shows up as 3:42PM today (the
time the request was accepted) to 9:30 AM tomorrow morning.

This even happens if Steve creates the meeting item on his own.

You try recreating his profile?

Not yet. Will do so now.

Some other interesting facts. If you open it in OWA, the calendar is
perfect. If you give yourself rights to the mailbox via the Exchange
Advanced tab in AD and open it as a second mailbox in your Outlook, then the
calendar is also good to go.

Don't know if this helps. Please send any other thoughts and ideas.

That makes me think even more so that it's a profile issue.

Well, recreating the profile didn't do it. Dell is telling me to rebuild the
mailbox after dumping everything to a PST.

I had this once and it was simply an issue of the system clock was set to
Mountain Standard time rather than Eastern Standard time

Carol, thanks, but this isn't a case where meetings are only off by an hour
or two. If the meeting is for next Tuesday at 4:30PM and our make-believe
Steve user accepts it today at 1:17PM, it populates the calendar with the
meeting being scheduled at 1:17PM today. Get what I mean?

Clocks have been checked on the users' computer.

Well, here is the fix. I found this myself:

Go to View --> Arrange By --> Current View --> Customize Current View

Check Fields. It WAS set to Created, Created. Set to Start, End (Default
for Outlook) and it corrects the view.
