meeting request time problem

When someone sends a meeting request to one of the Macs,
the meeting time is correct on the request, but when it
places it on the Mac's calendar, it's two hours off. Any
ideas what might be set up wrong?

Check the usual suspects - clock and daylight savings time settings.
