Meeting request emails from Outlook 2003 not sending to Blackberry

Hello:

I am having a strange issue with my Blackberry....When I am sent an
email for a meeting request, I do receive the request email in my
outlook, however I do not get that email in my Blackberry. Has anybody
elase had this issue. I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003

Blackberry is a 7250 Handheld version 4.1.0.303....BES Server....let me
know if you need any other information...
