meeting organizer meetings

Whenever I organize a meeting, it is saved on my individual calendar, but it
is not saved on the server calendar. Anyone know what to do to correct?
Thanks.
 
individual calendar - server calendar ... what do you mean exactly?
and what's your outlook version and setup?
