I have tried to play some films that I have downloaded but I am being told
thar there is an error , code c000119 and that I dont have the right codecs
to play the films. can you help me? There is also a nother error number
on thehelp page that is oxcood1199,con ID oxoooooooo I am completely
lost. I just want to down load films for my husband who is ill.
Would really appreciate some help. Connie.

this happens when you dont have the correct codec to play the file.

try to download and install these 2 programs that install codecs for video:
