new user of access and I am wondering how diffucult it woould to be to create
a simple database that would have different tabs for each individual so that
as a doctorI could see history scripts and other important information

Not sure what you mean by "tabs" for each individual. "Other important
information" might be simple, and might be complex depending on what it is.
There are laws regarding protecting the privacy of health-related information
to consider. Database programming, while much easier than the old days, has
its learning curve. Presumably, you'd like to devote your time serving your
patient's health needs.

If there are no canned applications out there that serve your needs, I
suggest you attempt to define what you want as clearly as possible in generic
terms--outputs, inputs, reports, what you'd like your screens to look like,
etc., and find a consultant to do it for you. I've had good cost-efficient
results from a prof in the IT department of my local university.
