Tracking Record Changes Between an Old Table and a New Table

Hello,

I'm a little rusty at Access 2003 but what I'm trying to attempt is new territory for me.

I have two tables imported from Excel: one dated 042811 the other 052611. The tables contained benefit election information and personal demographics for employees.

I've already used the unmatched query to determine which employees were not listed in each file.

What I want to do now is see if I can write a query that tells me which employees' benefit elections (i.e. life insurance amount, added medical, dropped dental) and demographics (i.e. change of address and/or phone number) has changed.

I hope I made this clear enough. I welcome your feedback.
