Well, first try something else with sound. Like im or a website. Then, if
that works, you know there is something wrong with your Media Player. If you
can't get sound from anything else, then it is your speakers. You might have
the volume turned down, mute, or your speakers might be unplugged or loose.
Check and make sure everything in the back of your computer is plugged in
