C Cari \(MS-MVP\) Sep 10, 2006 #2 If it's an AVI file, you need to install the correct codecs. Download and install G-Spot Codec Identifier.... analyze the file(s) in question and see what codecs they require. It's usually DIVX www.divx.com and XVID www.xvidmovies.com
