Download music from where to where? What do you mean by "right file"?
Please make yourself clear.

A little, although you mean Audio/Music/Dvr "folder" not "file".

Which MP3 player - brand and model please. (Someone else will have to
follow-up who has experience with such a model).

Explain your problem to a friend and have them repost your situation for a
possible resolve. In other words, if you cannot explain it in "plain"
English,
what you are trying to do, than go back to WMP9, that should correct it till
some time in the future.

If you are referring to the pauses between tracks when burning CDs, you'll
either need software such as Feurio, or the Nero Fast-Burning plug-in should
work as well.
