Media Player 10 streaming problem

Whenever I try and stream from MSN Music UK using Media Player 10/MSN Music
Manager I get an error message "there was a problem playing this stream or
it is not available in this shop". I get the same error when trying to
stream Radio. I have sufficient credit in my account to pay for streams.

I've tried disabling my Norton firewall but this makes no difference

Additional note: I also get the same error when I click on the '30 second
sample' button on any song.
