MCE Remote Control can be used to control Vista Media Center, Windows Media
Player and some other standard applications (e.g. dvd player). I use a
Hauppauge PVR500 (2 tuners) and a Hauppauge PVR150 (single tuner) with Vista
RC2 x64. I can record up to 3 streams or record 2 and watch another the same
time.
It should work with the native Vista drivers.
Have you gone through the remote setup in Vista Media Center?
| How can I get my WinTV PVR150 remote to work with Vista Media Center?
|
| I really don't want to use the Hauppauge software if it is all supported in
| Vista natively... I would like to use the remote though
|
| thanks!

I am using an HP Remote and receiver for my Vista box, no driver required.
all the buttons work, except for rewind and fast forward. But that is a MCE
issue.
